Shipping Policy

All our orders are delivered via registered airmail and thanks to the reputable companies we use, we guarantee to deliver your products to your door.  In order to receive the order without any problems the customer should provide a valid billing and shipping address.

Your delivery options and fees are: 

Standard International Shipping $40 (14 -28 days) Worldwide delivery - Tracked shipment.
 

In the unlikely event you do not receive your order One Stop Pharma will offer you a free of charge re-shipment for your order. Please, notify us of any problems with your order as soon as possible or within 3 days of receiving your order.
 

For USA Customers:

We ship via FedEx and USPS http://www.usps.com, Delivery time is 3 - 4 weeks.

For UK Customers:

We ship to the UK Customers via parcel force http://www.parcelforce.com and delivery time is 2 - 3 weeks.

Total time for delivery is based on the amount of time it takes to get payment authorization, order processing, and the transit time from the carrier. You will receive an email once the order has been shipped to you. From the moment that you receive the email notifying you that your order has been shipped, the shipping time officially begins.


We offer fast and shipping option throughout the world. You will receive your medications between 7-14 business days after order fulfilment is complete (and you have received email notification that your order has been shipped).

Returns and Refunds

Due to federal and local laws we cannot receive medication back after they were shipped.

Once you receive your medications, we will only provide a reshipment if the product is faulty, damaged during shipping, or expired. If there are any problems with your order please notify us within three days of receipt at support@onestoppharma.org. Your claim will be carefully studied and appropriate steps will be taken immediately to avoid similar problems in the future.

If the product that has been delivered to you is damaged during the shipping process than you will need to inform us within 3 days. You will be referred to our assessment department who will ask for images showing the extent of damage. Once the damage has been analyzed we will re-ship the quantity of product that was damaged. In this case the shipping charges will be paid by the customer.

If the product that you have ordered is not available in stock than instead of offering a refund we will ship the best alternate product having same potency but from a different brand under a different label.

If you feel you are entitled to a refund, please notify us directly instead of contacting your credit card company. We cannot offer a refund if you first make a claim directly with your credit card company.

One Stop Pharma will only provide a refund for complaints received within 45 days from the date of the shipment.
